How to Buy

1. Send Proof of Eligibility

To qualify for an educational discount you must be either a student in full time education or a full time teacher/educator who wishes to use the software for personal learning or academic purposes.

Please email a scanned copy of one of the following documents to as proof of eligibility:

  • Student or staff ID card
  • Tuition bill or formal document with details of enrollment
  • A recent staff member payslip from the last 3 months
  • Formal letter from faculty head on establishment headed paper
  • Any other official document that proves your eligibility

2. Wait for Your Voucher

Once we have verified your eligibility we will email you a discount voucher. This will allow you to buy the software at the educational rate. In the case of schools and institutes, applying the voucher on the buy page will also give you access the campus packs. The voucher is for your own personal use and cannot be passed on to any other party. It will work for one purchase only.

3. Buy and Download

Once you have your voucher simply go to our flowstone buy page and enter the voucher code in the box provided. The pricing will change to show the educational rates and campus packs if applicable. You can then proceed and buy the software by clicking the Buy Now button.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I keep paying for the software at the educational rate after I leave education?

Yes but only if you sign up for a subscription by selecting the 'automatically renew update support' option on the buy page. You can continue with your update support subscription after you leave education providing that you still only use the software for personal or learning purposes. Should you cancel and want to buy update support later then this would then have to be at the standard rate.

Q: Am I entitled to software updates?

Yes. You may download and install ALL updates that we provide, both major and minor, so long as you have a valid update support package in place. No additional payments are necessary.

Q: For the Campus packs can the seats be split across sites?

Yes. If you have labs or classrooms in different buildings at different locations that's not a problem. As long as the sites all fall under the jurisdiction of the purchasing establishment then you can divide the seats up as you like.
