Aftertouch and EXE window properties/zoom?

These thing are not related at all...
except for being a silly reason for me to start yet another thread to show off my amazing talent of painting myself into corners 
Almost forgot I have to adjust my knob sensitivity according to current scaling of my plugin GUI. This was no problem with VST... a simple multiplication by scale ratio.
But with .EXE I seem to have no access to turning the standard zoom dropdown off, in favor of using my own... And there doesn't seem to be a way to access the .EXE's window size, if I wan't to use the standard zoom dropdown. Any suggestions?
And...
A quick question to anyone who isn't tired of me yet
I use FS3.08 still but export using a export template made in FS3.09... so I haven't experimented that much with any of the new prims.
The new poly aftertouch... Has anyone tried it? is it "polyphonic" aftertouch and not just channel aftertouch?
