Webcam output question

Hey All,
I've been toying around with the webcam, and got video stream going in a display (REAL NICE). Is it possible to output this feed back into windows as a webcam stream/webcam controller so that I can then stream it online? I figured how to record it as a file, but how do I obtain the stream?
