Anyone Have Suggestions for Ruby Training

I want to be able to confidently work in Ruby, I was wondering what type of education would be the best as far as online campuses.
I found these:
Agile Development Using Ruby on Rails - The Basics | edx
Agile Development Using Ruby on Rails - Advanced | edx
I'm willing to dish the $99 USD for the certificates.
I'm also open to suggestions, but keep in mind, this is making me $0 right now. A full online tuition of ~$3000 a year is out of the question.
