Path Splitter
Two convenience modules:
1) path splitter
splits a file path into folder path and file name. Propery allows to have a trailing '\' either on or off.
2) filename splitter
splits a file name into name and extension. Property allows to have a leading '.' either on or off.
Any feedback helps encouraging. Thank you.
