if you want to zoom in for bigger sizes as the original or loading bigger images then the display the sliders are not working correctly, you just see a part of the image, to fix this issue you would need to use the translate primitive..

i did a 'zoom and scroll' module once for your colorpicker tool which should do the job correctly..
