You will need:

1) 400 grams of flower honey.
2) 1 fresh lemon.
3) 3 liters of boiled water heated 25c max
4) 1 teaspoon of good yeast.

We make the following.

1) Dissolve the honey in warm water, and mix
2) Squeeze the lemon and mix again ...
3) Wait for 3 minutes and add the yeast
4) Mix again and put the jar in a warm and dark place.
6) Now we need to wait 8 hours.....

Your beer is ready! ... :)
We turn out wonderful and delicious drink, a healthy and strengthens your immune system!
Alcohol content of about 4Vol.

Sounds nice but would you recommend to buy a lot of toilet paper with all that yeast involved?

Oh yes, if you do not have time to stop the yeast to ferment! :P
You can wait for 3 days, but then it will be 8 ~ 10Vol...
