If anybody wants to make use of these, I can also kick-them out individually as pngs or if that's better, save the illustrator file as an eps, so you can tinker with the graphics themselves.

Have a nice week-end you all

Best regards
Phil

If I can't find a font I could always make one. I have a font making prog. And then we'd have a resource. Could output to image at any size

Hi Robert,

I pulled those graphics from jpegs and pngs I found on interest. Someone made the effort to collect those symbols.
Font? Sound like a cool idea, but I wouldn't know how to do that.

Best Regards

It's just like inkscape. Same idea. But the diff is like the pen tool in PS You use beziers and curves. Ultimately everything enlarges by percent so the quality is always perfect.

Hi Robert,

maybe I didn't express myself clearly. I have the drawing in vector format.

ah yes, but is it svg? only svg or ai or eps will do. If You can send to me? Otherwise I can wing it with what You've given Me.

And I did understand Phil, but with a font people can photoshop or even size everything in flowstone on the fly. It's a bit of work but I am up to the task. You got the ball rolling,

I do like the idea very much Robert.
A while ago I searched for such a font but found nothing.
I was specifically looking for waveforms at the time. I also looked for the “standard” transport controls like stop, play/pause etc. but I was surprised at the lack of symbols, let alone fonts.

In some cases I think words are better. I’m not so keen at interpreting filter types; for example Low Pass is easier for me to understand than a squiggly icon

I’m looking forward to what you come up with…

Cheers
