Re: Flowstone 4 Alpha testing ?

@spogg

Is is possible for me to get an invite? I'm still patiently awaiting the opportunity to purchase a license for v4.

Re: RIP Flowstone??

One thing that is worth pointing out is that there is more than one license involved here. Having a license to FlowStone gives you permission to use FlowStone but not to distribute VSTs.

Correct, additionally, Steinberg's license is free, however, requires a signature from the developer then ...

Re: RIP Flowstone??

I've been using SE on and off for about 15 years. I considered FS when first starting out, but it was too unintuitive for me, still kinda is.

The main differences in my opinion between the two is that FS is a strange(to me) marriage between software and hardware concepts and SE is more hardware ...

Re: FINALLY - a way to to OVERSAMPLE your schematic for real

Gave this a test drive in v3.0.9b2-3457.
Tested:
Standard Oscillator_Oversampled.fsm
(198.79 KiB) Downloaded 1385 times

64bit VST2 & 3
32Bit VST2 & 3

All crash FL 20.8.1, even when using the 32 bit version of FL.

Re: How Can I Split MIDI Channels

That's interesting!

Way cleaner than what I have, I haven't tested yours yet.

I've been spending most of my time in SynthEdit after hitting a wall in Flowstone. Currently -in Synthedit- I'm looking at anti-aliasing distortion techniques. All the distortion type modules by default have aliasing ...

Re: I support 64Bit development

I never did chime in here, even though I visited here for years waiting for the 64bit version before realizing I can get the Alpha.

I totally support 64 bit. Honestly, it kinda blows SynthEdit (SE) out of the water:
Plugin resizing
64bit channel differentiation
Way more GUI vector tools
To be fair ...

Re: A graphic tool for easy creation/control of runtime grap

@Tulamide

Consider creating a kickstarter or go fund me. Looking at Spogg's metrics your demographic is ~1000, to set a consrvative goal of $500 might be appropriate; about half

I'm not a rich man, but I'd be willing to dish $20. Possible a few teirs of $1, $5, for general interest; $10 ,$20 for ...

Re: A graphic tool for easy creation/control of runtime grap

@Tulamide
To be more precise, I don't mean "Control Surface", I was more highlighting "Control Creator":

It has sliders and lists to refine the appearance of controls. It makes controls for "Control Surface. If I ...

Re: A graphic tool for easy creation/control of runtime grap

This is something I would use.

Image Line has something like this for "Control Surface" in FL Studio. Take a look and check out the concepts for the aesthetics.
